Whether you need a professional Website designed, need to have your current Website completely redesigned, or simply need somebody to take over the listing updates on your professionally designed Website, JSJ Web.com can help.   We currently maintain Websites for some of the most well know Real Estate Offices in the Louisville, KY area and would love to add yours to the list.

   
Here is how it works:

• We can design or redesign a Website you, if needed

• We can host your current Website or host the Website that we design for you, if needed.  And don't forget, the first year of hosting is absolutely FREE with any of our design packages.

• All future listings added to your Website will have a fee of $10.  This fee includes adding the listing to your Website (including adding/scanning photos), all future changes to the listing and its eventual removal.  You email us the MLS number, tell us what to do with it (add/change/remove) and we do the rest

• Bills are sent out quarterly for updates done during the past three months

• All updates are done that day*

NOTES*

• Updates to your listings will be done the same day, but sometimes are not done until very late at night.  They will be online by the time you get to your office the next morning. 

• We are closed for two weeks a year (one during the summer, one around Christmas while we are on vacation).  During this time, updates are not done to your Website, but will be done ASAP upon our return.
